Q helps Hesse recruit teachers

The State of Hesse needs more teachers to move the country forward in the field of education. The Hesse Ministry of Education commissioned Q to create a diversified campaign: billboards and CityLight posters, ads in nationwide magazines (such as “Der Spiegel”, “Focus”) and on online banners. The theme, “Awarding star roles in Hesse”, could be extended to other media. Directors chairs display the disciplines in which teachers are needed.

Not only the broad professional spectrum of the prospects but also their occupational skills outranged all expectations. … The large number of applications is far beyond the number of positions available as per August 1, 2008.«
