The book »Topsy-Turvy World«, designed by Q, was awarded the Silver German Photo Book Award 2009! The awards were announced by the Börsenverein des Deutschen Buchhandels (German Publishers & Booksellers Association), which presented the awards on 14 November, in Stuttgart. The German Photo Book Award honors photographers, writers and editors for excellent publications in the field of photography. This year, 22 photo books will receive awards. »Topsy-Turvy World«, part of the publishing program of HatjeCantz, was edited by Q principal Thilo von Debschitz, written by Uta von Debschitz, and designed by Q. The publication presents the work of German artist Frank Kunert who builds and shoots elaborate models of an alternate reality.
