At this year’s Gregor International Calendar Award, the jury reviewed more than 1,000 calendars from all over the world. Two entries from our agency were finalists: Buidling for Motion and Welcome to the Future! are official nominees in the competition!

Building for Motion is the 10th calendar in a row of the series Fascination of Construction, which Q has developed for SOKA-BAU. More information and images of the two most recent calendars can be found here. We are happy about the nomination of this project, especially since we received high recognition for last year’s calendar as well (the European Design Award, for example).

Welcome to the Future! received more than a nomination. It was also recognized with an Award of Excellence. The jury honored our ambitious attempt to depict the magazine covers by SciFi illustrator Frank R. Paul in their original configuration. The unique color climate was produced by a retrospective printing technique, for which we thank our long-term printing partner, Volkhardt Caruna Medien.
